I am very happy that Mr.Norman Bodek have a commitment to share his tremendous knowledge with every body. When I say everybody I am talking about his passion for sharing his experiences with American Companies as well as Mexican companies. I had the pleasure to know him when I was working with Gulfstream, I was a witness of his ideas and concept running in the facility. That gave Gulfstream Mexicali the opportunity to win the Manufacturing Excellence Award of General Dynamic and make saving over 1,000,000 usd. Later on I moved to Ensenada to work with Fender, We started the program in May 2006, when we were ending 2007 we accumulated more that 8000 implemented ideas, and savings for more that 1,000,000 usd. Mr Norman I have a Guitar on my Office, signed by you, now working in Corona, my hope is to drive the organization in the same direction, thanks a lot to allow me grow as Director of Human Resources utilizing your Concepts and thanks to show me the improtance to involve the people.
